We are all born into this world with our own unique set of circumstances. Some face more ideal conditions than others. But we all face many of the same things but to different degrees.
How do we face this test of life? How do we respond to school and work stress, financial ups and downs, relationship ups and downs, material wealth or lack thereof, changes, accidents, sickness and dozens of other individual trials or tests in our own life? This is what we are calling the test of life. How do we do? Do we press on bravely no matter what? Do we try to make it on our own? Do we fall apart?
God tells us in Proverbs 17:3, “the Lord trieth the hearts.” I Chronicles 28:9b says, “for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee: but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.”
Do we seek God?
